The Blackview DCM8 Pro is a dual-screen portable monitor designed to extend the display area of laptops sized between 14 and 17.3 inches. It features two 15.3-inch IPS panels with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 1920 x 1200 resolution, and 100% sRGB color gamut, offering consistent color accuracy and wide viewing angles. The displays are TUV-certified for low blue light to help reduce eye strain during extended use.
This monitor connects via a single full-featured USB-C cable that supports video, data, and power delivery, simplifying setup and minimizing cable clutter. For devices without a full-featured USB-C port, the included USB-A to USB-C cable and power adapter provide an alternative connection method. The integrated connection design powers both screens through one cable.
At 4.5mm thickness and weighing approximately 1.2kg, the DCM8 Pro is lightweight and slim, housed in an aluminum alloy, PC, and ABS frame. It includes a rotatable kickstand with 180-degree adjustment, enabling flexible positioning for different work environments, such as mobile offices, home learning, or gaming setups. The package also contains a protective leather sleeve for transport.
The dual screens support extended, mirrored, and portrait display modes and offer compatibility across multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS, Android, Linux, and Chrome OS, as well as game consoles. Its 60Hz refresh rate and 300 nits brightness make it suitable for everyday productivity tasks, though it may not meet the needs of high-refresh-rate gaming or professional color grading.
Included accessories are two 1m USB-C to USB-C cables, one USB-A to USB-C cable, a power adapter, user manual, and a protective leather bag. Note that the laptop shown in product images is not included.
