You can return any item within 20 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax.

Returns & Cancellations:
I. Direct purchase from our website via Paypal payment:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unused, unopened or defective merchandise for a replacement or a refund. You will need to ship the item to the address specified by the service agent for inspection by our quality assurance department and we must receive the returned item before you will receive a replacement or a refund.
We allow (20-days) for you to decide if you want the product(s) from the receipt of shipment. You must notify us through our customer service email at firstname.lastname@example.org within (20-days) from the receipt of your shipment or we will refuse your request for a (refund or exchange)
II. Purchase through daily deal sites:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unused, unopened or defective merchandise for a replacement or a refund according to the return/refund policy of the dealsite where you purchased from. You will need to ship the item to the specified address for inspection by our quality assurance department and we must receive the returned item before you will receive a replacement or a refund. Please include a copy of the original voucher form as well as a statement of either “REFUND” or “REPLACEMENT”. For “REFUNDS”, we will notify the dealsite as soon as the product is received at our office and the dealsite will process your refund according to their policies.
All unauthorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge and all customs/brokerage charges incurred during shipping back to warehouse will be withheld from refund amount. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Orders cancelled before shipping are subject to a fee of 10 dollars (Canadian funds) per item.
Merchandise considered defective must be authorized by Mïtzen Electric (customer service). All defective returns must be prepaid in order to be accepted by Mïtzen Electric. Mïtzen Electric in its sole discretion will determine whether the returned defective products are in fact defective. Mïtzen Electric is not responsible for any products deemed mistreated or worn out. All merchandise deemed not defective, Purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs back to them.
III. Please send returns/replacements via CanadaPost or USPS first class mail only. We will reject any package requesting for collect postage payments.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
All merchandise contained in our catalogs are sold under the condition that we cannot guarantee the user freedom from injury. The user assumes all risks related to the use of the merchandise.
